Julie Hill - Office Manager, Fear Free Certified
Julie has been with the hospital since 1993. She started out in the kennel, then worked as a Veterinary Assistant with Dr. Guntharp. In 2009, she became the Patient Care Specialist, taking care of any hospitalized patient under the direction of the veterinarian, and was in charge of making sure any boarders got their medications. In November 2012, she became our Office Manager.

Personal:
Married to Danny Hill, she has several furry family members at home with her. Julie has been breeding and exhibiting Scottish Terriers under the AKC registered kennel name Oban since 2000. She is a past board member of the Scottish Terrier Club of America. Past Health Chairman of the Scottish Terrier Club of California; member of the Scottish Terrier Club of Greater Louisville, Heart of America Scottish Terrier Club (Vice President), and the national parent club, the Scottish Terrier Club of America. She conducted a health seminar with the Scottish Terrier Club of California in conjunction with AKC/CHF (Canine Health Foundation) in Long Beach, CA at the AKC/Eukanuba Meet The Breed in 2007, with her first show dog, Nadine (American Champion Top Brass Reveille O'Jacglen). Julie has competed across the US and Canada with her Scottish Terriers, including gaining Canadian championships on 2 of her dogs, AKC Grand Championships on several of her dogs and multiple Terrier Group placements, as well.

April grew up in Illinois and has a wide variety of work experience but mostly in the medical field. She has 3 children, Courtney, Natalie, Gavin, and 2 grandchildren, Kynlee & Lennox. She shares her home with a Miniature Dachshund, Riley, and cat, Meadow. She is a great addition to our team and keeps our boarding facility in tip top shape!
Nanci Hill - Assistant Office Manager, Crematory Manager, Bereavement Counselor, Fear Free Certified

Personal: Nanci Hill has been a member of our team since 2003. She came to us with extensive veterinary experience and has her Master's Degree from Arkansas State University. Nanci is active with her Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife rehabilitation permit. Nanci is also our Crematory Manager, she is certified in pet crematory operations and pet cemeteries. She has a daughter, Hannah Grogan Clifton, and as well as numerous 4 legged family members.
Megan Norris - Middle Manager, Fear Free Certified

Personal: Megan Norris joined our family in 2014. She worked at a veterinary hospital in Walnut Ridge before joining us and is currently working towards her Veterinary Technician degree. She is also pursuing the behavioral side of animal care as well. She is shown here with one of her dogs, Chuck. Megan lives in Jonesboro with her husband Nick and shares her home with a plethora of furry family members.
Candace White - Head Patient Care Specialist, Head of the JFPH Blood Bank, Fear Free Certified

Personal: Candace White has been here since 2012 and is a graduate of Arkansas State University. She has worked in the kennel caring for our boarders and as an assistant seeing to the health of our patients. Nowadays you can find her sharing in most of the PCS (Patient Care Specialist) duties and keeping our blood bank stocked. Candace's family includes cats Melon and Chloe, along with her dogs, Fin, OJ & Spicey.
Jericho - Hospitality and Entertainment Manager
Experience: Jonesboro Family Pet Hospital since 1980
Personal: Jericho has been with the clinic for 40 years. He is currently 68 years old with his birthday being April 1, 1955. He was originally Dr. Guntharp's parrot but over the years he has become part of the whole JFPH family. You can find him imitating cats and dogs along with other sounds he's picked up over time. He greets you (most of the time) when you come in and provides entertainment (to some) when at the clinic.
Fun Facts
Jericho enjoys tearing up paper and cardboard boxes. He likes bananas, grapes, and crackers. His favorite past time is mocking the puppies and kitties that come to visit us.
